A track record of over 10 years provides a guarantee of stability and permanence. The ADMINEX group was founded in the year 2000 in Spain (Barcelona) where it established its first office. It was started with a view to offering global business administration solutions to foreign companies that wished to set up or do business in Spain.

Since then, the company has spread internationally to Germany, Belgium, France, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic and Romania. With the passage of time, in order to meet demand from our clients ADMINEX SPAIN also opted to set up an office in Madrid in 2007.

HIGH IMPORTANT LABOUR REFORM IN SPAIN

On Friday 10 February, the Government of Spain passed the most significant labour reform of recent decades. Although Royal Decree Law 3/2012, which includes urgent measures to reform the employment market, must pass through Congress for it to be approved as law, its content has been effective in our legislation from the day after it was published in the Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE, Spanish state bulletin) on Saturday 11 February 2012.

It is a question of introducing major flexibility in the work system, until now one of the most rigid in Europe.

Data Protection in Spain

With the mass influx of information technology in different areas of economic and social life and the growing importance and power of computer data processing, the European Data Protection Supervisor and the Spanish Data Protection Agency have assumed a firm commitment to guaranteeing all new procedures.

All companies currently deal on a daily basis with personal data, either of customers or of employees. They are therefore subject to the provisions of the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), which has been effective in Spain since 1999, and the regulations with which it is implemented, applicable to any institution regardless of size, turnover or business sector.

New Regulations of Immigration in Spain.

The new Regulations of Immigration facilitates the arrival to Spain of entrepreneurs and qualified workers.

The new Regulation that has been developed by the Immigration Law came into effect on the 1^st of July, after it was approved on the 15^th of April by the Council of Ministers. The norm gives an answer to the challenges that are raised by a new migratory cycle and facilitates the arrival to our country of highly qualified foreign workers, entrepreneurs and PYMES (Small and medium sized companies) from strategic sectors.

Amongst the main novelties that affect the foreign workers and companies is the new situation for investigators. The Regulation creates a new agile procedure of admission that will be resolved with a maximum time range of 45 days. It will also facilitate the automatic regrouping of family members without the need to wait a whole year to be able to start with all the procedures.
